The excellence of Olitalia condiments at Italian Gourmet

Italian Gourmet has an innovative format. The event involved 17 of the most important award-winning Italian chefs, called upon to reinterpret the great classics of our tradition, while the members of the public, for the first time, had the possibility not only to taste these exclusive dishes, but also to take them home. The programme of Italian Gourmet 2017 was full on, with more than 50 cooking shows, presentations and meetings. The craft food excellence market, at which also Olitalia was present with its headline products, demonstrating the company’s constant attention to research and innovation, was set up in Superstudio Piu (a modern, poly-functional and versatile multi-location, a huge space available to the city of Milan and to important international events), the location of the event. The great public in this way could discover the Monocultivar Extra virgin olive Oils, made from the pressing of one single variety of olives, the Regional Extra virgin olive Oils, in which all of the richness of the flavours of the Italian regions is contained, the Balsamic Vinegars from Modena, suited to enhance any type of dish, Pizzolivm, the high quality 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil created to dress and balance the ingredients of true Neapolitan pizza, 30, the extra virgin olive oil with 30% more polyphenols (natural antioxidants), and the frying oil Frienn.
